IELTS (International English Learning Testing System) is a popular exam to test candidate’s proficiency in English language for global migration and higher migration in foreign universities. In this test, a band of 6 to 8 is considered to be the best but students have to work hard for it.

Do practice it and try to be good listener. On exam day, don’t panic and try to understand every word by listening to the audio. You should quickly write-down answers on the question paper.
In the reading section, do work hard on pronunciation of words and try to speak in rhythm. The proficiency in reading should be maintained where there should be proper flow of words. There are many methods and strategies that can be adopted for developing good reading skills. Do work hard on the strategy that suits you the most.
To ace writing section, students should do lot of practice of important topics. You can consult previous exams to know and understand the nature of topics. The students should write as per word limit in their respective tasks or else you will lose marks. The handwriting has to be neat and clean. The students should develop good grammatical and vocabulary skills and should take care of spelling and content.
The speaking section can be tricky for many students and can pose problems. The proper pronunciation of words should be learnt by you with full sincerity. You should never feel nervous or reluctant in answering questions. To overcome nervousness, you should practice speaking in English so that you can answer questions confidently.
